New HyTrust report analyzes the media debate on the hydrogen mobility in Germany
Mass media as a mirror and generator of public opinion have a significant influence on the development of social acceptance. A media analysis of German-language newspapers and magazines reveals how the topic hydrogen mobility is constructed in the mass media discourse, how the concept is linguistically occupied by the different actors and how it is communicated to the public.

10 main findings on social acceptance presented at the NIP General Assembly
Project leader René Zimmer (UfU) presented 10 main findings from the HyTrust research on social acceptance of hydrogen mobility at the NIP General Assembly in Berlin. The findings have been published in a brochure that was distributed amongst the stakeholders participating at the event.

Germans prepared for the hydrogen car
Almost all Germans have heard of hydrogen cars, most of them are excited about it. They are not afraid of risks, but they are skeptical about the costs and supply of hydrogen refueling stations. Hydrogen will make an important contribution to the German energy transition by being produced decentralised and from renewable energy sources.
This is the core result of the representative survey on hydrogen mobility presented by the Independent Institute for Environmental Issues (UfU).

Citizens’ conference “Mobile with Hydrogen”
"Yes to hydrogen – if it’s green.” That is the central message of the citizens’ report that was presented to the German Federal Ministry of Transport, Building and Urban Development today. The report is the result of the citizens’ conference “Mobile with Hydrogen,” which involved 16 citizens from Berlin and Brandenburg.
